Quiet Pipes

Hey i want a pipe for a 400 but i wnat one thats not much louder than stock sound. I was looking at either a t-4,big gun, or wb e-series, or neother pipe that is quiet.

my dad had a white brotheres E-sereies on his warior and you can take disks out to make it quieter. it sounded real nice when you just putting but when you get on the throttle it sounds mean! if i had 200$ i get the slip on for my 250.

So if i put a white brothers on there and take some of the disks off it will be quiet kinda like stock

and where can i look at a cobra

I would get the E series if u want it quite just take out some disks and put a quiet core insert in it for bout 30 dollars;)

don;t the quiet cores sound like crap though i put on in my 250 in my t-4 to make it alil quieter and it sounded like crap

if you want quitet i dont think id even be looking at the t-4 and i never seen a big gun that i know of so i aint sure on that but i think there loud and a e series is sorta loud with all the disks but it aint as loud as most pipes

i was kinda leaning toward the wb's neways but does anyone else knwo about how loud it is

and how is the power with wb's like lowend mid range and top end?

thw wb is a littl loud all my neghbors dont like it.

Im lookin at the wb e series for my 300 and i know they garantee (is that how u spell it?) a 4-7 horsepower gain on most bikes. Im really not sure how loud it is but it is tuneable so you should be able to make it as quiet as you want. Also if it is still tooo loud if worse comes to worse you can buy a quiet core for about 30 bucks. If u get it and look for parts go to rockymountainatv.com they got some good stuff. Thats my 2 cents

yeah. that sounds exactyl right. my dad used to put all the disks in when we went somewhere but he'd take them all but a few out. infact, i have a disk in my basement right now. i can take a pic if you want one.

i heard teh e-series gives around 6hp gain to the bike. and like 300ex said ya it is pretty loud but u can tune it down to be quieter but i think and im not sure on this but when u take disks out u lose power

I have an e-series and it is pretty loud. I put a quiet core in and it wasn't bad and mine didn't sound like crap either. I think it sounded a lil better. I would say go with it. It's a great pipe.
