only starts when clutch is pulled in

I moved my clutch lever and kill/start switch a little bit today. Now I have to pull the clutch in to start the bike and also my neutral light only works some times. I took the kill/start switch back off thinking that I may have pinched a wire but it looks fine. I have done a search but did not find my problem any ideas or advice would be greatly appriciated thanks.

there should be 2 wires going into ur clutch perch just cut them and loop them together and u dont have to pull in ur clutch too start anymore just watch cause it will start in gear with out pullin in the clutch + check the wire down below ur shifter either the wire is messed up or where the wire plugs in to the case is broke cause i think it is ceramic where it plug into and is a common problem with the 400ex....
