How to adjust +2+1 Burgard a-arms on 300EX?

I'll like to get some help/advice in order to adjust right a Burgard A-Arms set on 300ex.
(+2+1 Burgard a-arms)

I bought new set and I'll like to know how to adjust it before I'll disassemble the original a-arms.

What about the brakes lines , Are the long enough or should be replaced also?
