What did everyone think of that movie, definitly the best mob movie ever made i never thought it would beat Goodfellas but something finally did.

I just happened to rent it this past weekend and it was a damn good flick. I still think 'Reservoir Dogs' is better.

I thought it was a great movie, just didn't end like I thought it would.

Saw it in the theatres and loved it. Now I can't wait to watch The Prestige, I've heard nothing but good things about that movie.

The Prestige is very good. Great storyline, very well written and great acting. I enjoyed it. Haven't seen Departed yet. Maybe this weekend...:)

The Departed was great. Awesome story and kept me laughing with all the one liners

If they see something they don't like, tell 'em to close their eyes. "I'll tell you when you can look." :p

Yeah i like how this movie is set apart from other movies. You can ask anybody what they thought about the end or what there thoughts are on this character but they may not always be the same. Great style i loved it.

saw it in the theatre, and i didn't like it....carlito's way(kinda mob) and casino were probaly my favorite mob movies....

what i didn't like;

i don't think mark wahlberg(i like him in other stuff) cuts it as a veteran harda $$ boston sargeant/detective....

not crazy about obnoxious amounts of violence when it serves no purpose...and this movie had more head shots then a jenna jameson movie...

leonardo's character(good cop) bangin' damon's character's(bad cop) shrink girlfriend....way to much of a convenient coincidence to try and add even more dramatic tension...

and last but not least...you tell me that a seasoned gang of irish mobsters wouldn't be able to smell who the narc is in a second!? come on he was the newest guy, and a cop at one time for gods sake!! not believable!!

i think scorsese has directed way more oscar-worthy movies than this...raging bull, casino, goodfellas etc etc...and they wrongly passed those up...so he will probaly get the nod for this one, because they feel they owe him one, but i think it is at best the 3rd best in the group, and i've seen them all...
