250x cam vs. 300ex cam

I have my 300ex all apart and i was wondering if i put a 250x cam into my 300ex will that help performance at all? If if does what kind of performance gain will i recieve. Thanks

I don't know the exact timing specs, but I know the 250X cam is a little more aggressive. It should boost top end power, but it's not going to be a dramatic improvement.
