Well I'm going to need a new shifter soon, mine is getting pretty bent up, especially when i ride with my riding boots.
What do you guys recomend, and whats the price?
Thanks.

I have a IMS on my R and really like it, for the money it cant be beat. You can get one from motoman for about 40bucks I belive maybe less, no more than that though. Its made of steel and has the little flexible head on the end so it dont get bent. I like those aluminum ones, but I have seen them after used a while and they get worn easly, think about how it clamps on the shift stem, it will get worn easly, and the top will get worn smooth and your foot will slip off. Check the IMS out for the money its great.

i tell you what...i got one of those adapters that make it an actual gear shift...that you shift by hand...I like it..but working it and the clutch at the same time sucks....

if you want....ill shift for ya...i trained the wife...i can teach you too....30 bucks a gear though....:D
