can you put a 400ex motor in a 300ex

I have a 1997 300ex and wondering if I can put a 400ex motor in it, and what problems would I be running into...?
Want my 1997 300ex a sleeper....lol

like any hybrid there are gonna be some mods needed to get it to fit, but if you have the time and money anything is possible.
