Tomorrow im going to finish my 416 rebuild so I need help quick. Before I do I want to know who has built a 416 with a stage 2 hotcam, 10.8:1 compression and what jets you run so I can get a rough idea. Thanks to anyone who helps.

we just finished my buddy's 416 & stage 1 cam (full exhaust & intake @ sea level, temp; approx 50 deg) & he's running a 165 main, 42 pilot & moved his needle (not sure how much)... we just broke it in last nite, but we think its a little lean.

If you haven't already, I had a 170 mj and 42 pilot and was about 3.5 turns out before the thing wouldn't bog at accel.

Mine is identical w/the exception being 426 vs 416 but I'd bet my elevation makes up for that.

I forgot, but with the stock carb I ran a 170 dynojet (same as a 190 kehien) and 42 pilot, 2.5 turns out on the screw. It ran like a champ.
