elka shock upgrade

I've heard you can upgrade the elka recreational shocks to remote resivour ? how much does it cost and is it worth it?

retail is $460 for the compression adj ressivors installed and non adj ressivors $315. Is it worth it I would do compression adj myself and that all depends on how much you have invested in the shock currently or if it would be cheaper for you to sell the current ones and buy new compression adj elkas.
