I've had an E-brake block off on my quad since like a week after i bought it , Well it was time for new brakes and once i put new pads on and then reinstalled the block off plate the back brakes are locked up ??? What the heck is wrong all of a sudden, Well i took the block off plate of and they loosend up, the brakes look the same as the old ones i took off. Anyone had this problem before? Do u know if i could grind down the rod that pushes into the block off plate from the piston? Any help is appreciated , thanks . I never had this problem before.

Does the block-off plate have a recess in it for the pin because the ones that dont have to have the pin grinded down or a hole drilled into them.
