06 sputter after creek crossings?

Having trouble with my quad missing and sometimes shutting off completly after crossing creeks and then gving it full throtle. It runs excelent except for this. Dont know if water is getting in it somewhere or what but right after it sputters it runs fine. Just dont wanna kill it at a hill climb and have someone eat me up at a xc race.

Always run a foam filter with lots of oil at any wet races if you already have this check for cranks in your boots then check for loss wires
