Hey guys,

I may be paranoid but have any of you bought any parts from this member lately. I bought a 2006 450ER carb from him last Tuesday and the communication was great back and forth. I paypaled him the money on Tuesday night and have not heard back from him since. I have asked that he send me the tracking number for shipping so I can track it and ever since I paypaled him the money, he hasn't responded to me.

Like I said, just a little nervous that I may have gotten stuck on this deal. Has anyone else bought anything from him and did you receive yet. I saw that he got married this weekend and maybe he never shipped it yet.

Crazymgtnut, if you see this, please don't take offense. Just making sure I am covered here.

I sent him a paypal payment on Feb 13th. Did he give you a tracking number or anything or tell you when it was shipped?

Did you send him the money via paypal? If you bought one on Feb 8 and you still haven't received it as of today, something is seriously wrong.

Have you had any contact with him since you sent the money?

u guys might wanna track him down...the chances of having 3 of the same carbs fromt eh same models and same year are probably very rare...unless he works at a honda dealer...

no offense to this dude but u don't come across 3 brand new carbs everyday...or 2 for that matter...

yea i paid though paypal. he sent me a message on the 13th saying that the weather was bad there and he would try to get it out in a day or so. i dont know. maybe he is on his honeymoon trip. i hope we didnt get scammed but if we did is there something we can do about it?

If you payed with paypal, you can get your money back(not all of it though) from paypal. You have to file a claim with them.

Who else besides me and jason_david1 purchased this 06' carb from him?

people like that are *******s they make it hard for people like me cause i dont have a paypal account i do money orders i treat my customers with respect . i give my cell # and i email them tracking #s for there package and even stay in touch with them until they get the package................

Lets give the seller the benefit of the doubt right now. He just might not be responding since he said he got married and may be on his honeymoon.

I do all my transactions with paypal. It doensn't cost anything to have a paypal account and if you use paypal, you will get your money back and paypal goes after the individual legally.

Like I said before, I may just be paranoid but now he sold this 06' carb to 3 different people at this point.

Maybe all 3 of you guys should dispute to paypal now! Give eachother all your names and email addresses and make sure you put everyones info in the dispute. Let paypal know that you all sent money to this guy and never got anything. I think your chances would be better since it's more then one person.

Work. and Taking the wife to the doctor for the baby thats on the way. i will Replay later today With Every ones Tracking number on this Fourm to Let them know Im not a Scam and the items will be sent out today or Tomarrow! Why?? The money he got from you he used to buy R/C stuff at hobbytalk.com and now a boat load of people are out of money, equipment, and one of the guys can't even pay his rent becasue of this scum-bag.......

Please help us in this case....all said and done I am 250.00, t5he guy who can't make his rent is out 330.00 + and counting you guys god only knows!!!!

One guy from there got a message saying " we regret to inform you we authorized a refund to your account, but failed recover $0.00 dollars from this person"

Anotherwords he took the moeny and now we are all up a creek without a paddle....and he has no $$$$$ to cover his *****......

I especially want the guy who bought the motor...I HAVE SHOCKING INFO FOR YOU AS WELL!!!!!
