Nope,, they will be offering quad classes still.
Be prepared for a long day at those tracks we always seem to be the last moto's of the day.

I havent raced before but im thinking about getting into it this year or next and i got a question about the classes. What is the difference between the C class and the 16-24 class and can you run both classes?

C class is for first timers and beginner racers. 16-24 is for anyone between those ages regardless of class status. It is a much harder class. Novice-Expert can race together.
