I got a parking brake block off for my 400ex. i want to know if when i take the parking brake off is all of the brake fluid going to come out or is it as simple as i think it is.

no fluid will come out its pretty simple to install. but when u but the block off on i would use some gasket maker on it to keep it dry in there....

No fluid what so ever should be in the area of the parking brake assembly. If there is fluid when u take the parking brake assembly off there is an O ring somewhere that has gone bad.

yea now fluid should be on the parking brake side....

mine had it leaking and the tiny oring in the pin of the piston was chunked

yupp, that just happened to me. had to treplace the o-ring. it was from letting my pads get too worn down.

when i put the moose PB block-off on mine i had to drill the center out a little(couple of millimeters) because the pads that i installed were thicker than stock (EBC's)
