Hey I am wondering the same thing, I am looking for someone with a decent practice track to ride. Or even someone who knows of, or has, some land where I can build a track for all of us to enjoy :)

we do most of our riding in Sullivan and Delaware counties. I am the host for a large riding area that is 50 miles away from Middletown. Join that site and then look for me there if you are interested and want details.
