Guys i have had no answers any where else so i guess i will try here.

On my yfz, I pull in the clutch and shift it into gear, and it stalls. So i put it up on a jack and do the same, with the clutch in the tires spin like the clutch is out. I tryed both clutch adjustments and nothing different happens? I used valvoline 5w30 oil in it. non synthetic.

How do i fix this problem? what should i look for when i take the clutch cover off?

sounds to me like your basket is grooved and the fiber plates are stuck in the grooves. i would check the clutch basket for grooves where the fiber plates contact it. if it is grooved, it will not disengage correctly

I agree, it does seem like your clutch plates are sticking in your basket grooves. That is really the only thing that I know would cause that problem.

that would work in a pinch, but you really need to jsut get a new basket. a decent afte3rmarket basked will last much longer than a stock one.
