+1 or +2 stem?

Do most folks go with a +1 stem when it's too low? I'm not sure if I need a +1 or 2. I don't want to get the wrong one and have the hassle of sending it back. I'm 5' 11" and 225. My bars are TAG double high CR.

Are the +2 for really tall folks?
