i found a 400ex for sale, used and yellow but he has a winch on it :ermm:
would this worp the frame if he used it or crack it or something like that

Not sure but I do know that warn makes a sport winch kit for all sport quads. So if it was installed properly then it maybe ok.

its fine. unless you are going to try and pull 1000 lbs with it, you should be fine
