very nice 400ex

people may make fun of your tank, but you'll be the one laughing when everyone else has to go back and re-fill their tanks, i bet you can last a long time with that thing!

I really like the tires and rims. I do think it's a little overkill with all the stickers. I have a drawer full of stickers that came with all the aftermarket stuff I bought.

Yea I do laugh when people have to go to the pump to fill up, it's double of what the stocker holds, stocker goes about 60 miles on a tank. I know I have a lot of stickers on there but I think it some what flows with the bike.

I took the exhaust off and sanded it down and polished it. It was a brushed aluminium exhaust before.

Honestly, I like the tank. If you could paint it black that would allow it too blend in and it wouldn't be such an eye sore.

That did pop into my mind Hornet, I think I might try it this summer. Thanks

The reason why I went with that one is because I wanted my bike to look like the IMS Roll Design bike that they have on there website, otherwise I probably would have went with the black or the red one.

Why does everyone think the tank is so bad? its an XC bike, it has a big tank, big wheels, and lots of ground clearence? whats so bad about this? I think the bike is pretty sick.

I'm 5'9" , When I stand up they are perfect height maybe even alittle on the low side for me.

Can I ask you guys a question- Do any of you regret something that you had the oppertunity to buy but never did? Hope this makes sense.

Looks like a nice quad, im just not a fan of the yellow and red combinations. If they are just yellow and red accents I think they look fine, but IMO it would look better with nuetral color plastics (black would look sweet). I dont care to much for the shock covers either (I guess its another one of those yellow with red things that bother me). You do have some quality aftermarket stuff on there though.

Looks good , needs more stuff though. I was thinking of putting black plastics on when I thought about doing a Project quad but sense my mom gets mad at me for putting stuff on my quad I decided not to do it.

I like it man, makes me wish the UPS man would hurry up with my tires and bumper.

Definately paint the tank black though :)

I'll try to paint it but I don't know how well it will hold up, I think i'll have to sand it a bit to make it ruff so the paint sticks to it, I haven't had a bad paint job yet. I was gonna paint some more stuff this summer anyway.
