Ok my buddy has a 06 450 completely stock. His dumb a** took the baffle out cause he was complaining he couldnt here the bike but was to cheap to buy an exhaust. But anyway when he is riding if he goes from 0 throttle to full throttle it stalls right out. Do u think we should try changing the pilot jet ? I know when my bike was doing this i had to low of a main jet. When i changed mine it totally went away. Not sure if this will work the same for a stock bike or not. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

that is quirk of the fcr carb...get a 42 leak jet and install it...it will take care of that for him...

I Had The Same Setup For Bout A Week Befor I Bought A Full System. But i Had A 178 Main And Took The Air Box Lid Off And It Fixed It For Me. I Drag Raced It Like That After I Broke It In So Mine Only Ran With The Baffle In During Break In. Let me Know If That Dont Help.

Like already been said, pop the lid off and bump the main up to atleat a 170.
