Roostn in the snow

Here in my area of PA we finally got some decent riding snow. Not to deep and not jsut a dusting. My buddy and I spent the better part of a day just goofing of atthe local ash dumps. The dumps arenormally boring but once you add snow it turns into a lot of fun!

Nice! Where in PA are you from? We have been riding quite a bit in the snow here in Western PA until the last snow fall. Now it's too deep unless you get on the packed snowmobile tracks.

I live in Franklin, PA which is about an hour and fifteen minutes north of Pittsburgh. We ride locally and also travel to Majestic Trails, Northeastern, PA, and sometimes to my parent's 400 acres in Brookville, PA. Do you ever ride up this way?

Nate, we have some friends up towards tarentum that we go riding with also. I know that is a little closer.
Your right about the amount of snow. THe last time I went out if I hit any place where the snow drifted even a bit my quad just sank. I'd love to try out those maxxis 4snows and see how they work.

Sounds good! I have already been in contact with Lonestar_R and Red TRX 450R about riding sometime. I believe we are the only riders on this site that live in this area. Do you ride in the winter? I try to get out as much as possible if the snow isn't too deep. Doesn't look too good as of today, but I'll let you know next time I'm planning on riding. I'll also pm you my cell number because I don't get on this site on the weekends.

snow usually makes me ride more, but i haven't been out since the day after thanksgiving...i went through withdrawals before christmas and i think i am sober now...
