Im almost done rebuilding my 250R, but I have a problem. I pulled clutch lever out of the motor and when I put it back in there it just slips and I cant tell that it is engaging the clutch. Is there something im doing wrong or will I have to take the motor back apart to fix this. I really dont want to take the motor apart again.

your going to have to take the preasure plate off, the springs,, etcc. move that clutch lever manually and see if the rod moves back and forth.
