What cam do you recommend for a xc 2006er?

Cross country racing need a good cam for the woods. What are you running and Is there a better cam than the HRC cam? I need some more power for the holeshots. Tried a search but no luck.

don't have 1 yet , but I heard Baldwin XC cam is supposed to be pretty good/ all around power gains and allows better low end lugging for woods riding,or so I am told.
It's on my "to get list".

I have the Baldwin XC Cam and it made a huge difference in my bottom end. I really didn't have anymore problems with stalling after installing that cam, plus it added good power all around. After getting it jetted to what Mark told me it ran great! Now I have it in my 07 and can't wait to ride it again.

a hrc kit with exhaust and porting is a awesome combo for XC.

for you, go either with a hrc cam and a hc1. and maybe some porting u will be loving it.
