i don't think you can there is't any room in the trany to fit another gear

not gonna happen, u will eaither have to open up your tranny or new low end or just get a motor to fool around on

you dont need to fit another gear as reverse is first taken from another direction as in most gearboxs, however I think the work involved would not be worth the hassle.
