cleaning in cold

basicly everything at my house is frozen and this cold is really getting to me and starting to piss me off alot. how do you guy clean your quads good in the winter? im also afraid because my dad just picked up a brand new quad and its all dirty but i cant clean it, is it going to rot or anythign sitting in my garage dirty atleast intil i can clean it? im so scard of it rotting or rusting or anything really.

i think it would be fine, its so cold that their isnt any water just sitting anywhere, its ice, or frozen mud, so there really isnt alot of moisture, it shouldnt be a problem, but if your worried about certain parts rusting, such as exhaust and other parts, go clean them off, just clean the key areas you are worried about, the plastic isnt going to be damaged by sitting

If you are really that worried, go to a car wash and see if they can help you out. They have plenty of un-frozen water.

get a heated garage with a floor drain like me! lol
like outlaw said it wont really hurt anything but if your worried about it take the quad to a car wash.

Every time I ride my yfz I take it to the car wash to clean it. Its much easyer and it has plenty of pressure. It shouldnt hurt it leaving it dirty.

i dont think it will hurt it at all if its all frozen..but ur really worried bump some buckets of hot water on it and dry it back up

no spray it off good and get it in a garage quick and just in a couple hours move the bars and work the brakes and u should be good
