rod bearings

i found a super good deal on a Z in my area. called the guy up to see why such a low price, he said the rod bearings are going on and that it knocks

how much am i looking at paying to get it fixed if i buy this?

would it be cheapest just to buy a whole new crank assembly off ebay for like 100 and have them install it than to replace the bearings?

if you are looking at the z that is in Eureka in the tradin post it has a broken frame.

yeah that's the one i'm talking about. he did mention the frame, but he made it sound like it wasn't anything bad. he said it was a just a small crack. have you seen it?

i called about that one and he told me it was broken by the shock mounts, so i never looked at it. i bought the 1 that was in north pekin.
