Reputable shop for frame repair?

Hey guys I know what your gonna say.Get a new frame.I would if I could,but i'm restoring a 92 jp/lonestar framed LT 250r and the frame has been "Cased" a few too many times and I want to have a company change out the lower rails.I'm looking for a company that can do this professionally with nice welds etc.Thx.BTW how can you tell if a frames chrome molly or mild steel?

hope its gonna be a show peice, i wouldnt feel to safe on it after the frames been ripped up, but hey its you bike so you can do what you want with it, im not sure where to get it fixed, but to find out what its made out off a simple magnet should tell, i dont think magnets stick to chrome molly, but it should stick to steel. thats about the only question i can help you out with, good luck with it
