srory for the stupid question but where is the main jet and how do i put a new one in? i dont want to mess anything up this is the first tinme ive done this. Thanks

to make it easy, remove some of the front plastic, and the gas tank, then when you can get to the carb remove it, look on the bottom of the carb there will be a big odd looking nut, remove that, then you will see your main jet, you can remove it with a 6mm socket, remember when putting it back together DONT OVER TIGHTEN THE JET

No need to remove front plastics, remove rear plastic, then remove the airbox, pull the carb out of the boot (the one that connects to the motor) and pull the bowl until it's facing you. Either unbolt the 17mm cap on the bowl or undo the 4 screws on the bottom of the bowl. Once again, DO NOT!!! OVER TIGHTEN THE JET, It's BRASS, strips EASILY, so just screw it in with your fingers and get a close end wrench and just snug it up.

I have changed a main jet without removing any plastic at all just take the nut off the bottom of the carb and put a socket up there take the old one out and put the new one in
