look at the bottom side of your card they is a nut i beleive it is 11/16 nut and pull that off then there is your main jet just but a socket on it then pull that shaft out and pull the main jet off the bottom of the shaft

there is a nut on very bottom of carb(think its a 16-17mm).....remove and jet is inside the area where the nut threads in..... your jet is removed with a 6mm socket...remove the jet and install new one then screw on the cap but DO NOT overtighten it because the base will crack and leak fuel:D

ok the picture shows the main jet circled, so use two small wrenches and seperate the main jet from the amulsion tube, and you will be set

One tube is the float bowl drain tube, and the other is a vent for the carb or something like that but it doesn't go anywhere it just hangas there.

The pics you took of the main jet, you took out the main jet holder too, that should have stayed in the carb. Hope you still have the needle jet?

yea its still in there its what that whole thing goes over it looks like a needle right?

the needle jet is a tiny little thing that the needle rests in somewhat. If you took out the whole main jet holder assembly that should have fell out, but some are tight in there.

Good idea cus mine fell out when I took the whole thing out and luckly the thing hit my swingarm and made a noise otherwise I would have been in serious trouble.

USUALLY in the ex carbs the needle stays in there, bbut for future reference when you remove more than the main jet, zip tie the throttle open that way nothing can fall out ;)

I know the needle stays in with the clip, i'm talking about the needle jet, it's about a 1/2 inch long and sits on top of the main jet assembly, if you push the throttle it might or might not come out. Go to planet honda racing in the OEM section it's number 2 thats what can fall out.
