450r rear shock?

is it worth it too buy a 450r rear shock or should i just get my stock rear set up by someone?and howmuch would it cost to have mine set up for xc and trail ridin and some mx ?

The 450r rear isn't any different than a 400ex rear, only a little longer (on the 06-07 models i think), Just get your stock rear revalved by C&D Racing, GT Thunder, TCS, Desiri etc..

dont get a 450r rear, there pretty much the same as a 400's. just get your stocker redone. i hear gt thunder does the best job

Ur 400 shock will work better than the 450. Just get C@D to rebuild it. It's wat I have, you'll love it.
