ight i do alittle of everything flat track,MX,hairscramble,and just trail ridin what size a-arms u think i should get plus 1 , 2 , 3 ????

It's a hard choice, you can't have the best of both worlds. It's either you want long a-arms for MX, or shorter a-arms for XC.

I'm not even sure what a Harescramble is :p I assume it's like GNCC? It really depends on the track. I have +2 arms and I ride XC-typed terrain. They work fine. If you get aftermarket shocks, I suggest you don't get ZPS shocks because it will give you like 4 inches of ground clearence, which obviously isn't so great for XC, but is for MX.

i personaly would go with plus 3 when i can afford it. i am not sure if + 3 is too wide for some track rules, if not go with either 2 or 3
