Ive had many requests that i make a diy on my banshee setup.
First off. Remove your stock setup.

When your done it should look like this.

Next step: Aquire 2 banshee/ warrior spindles. I used ones of a 01.

In order for the blaster top ball joint to fit, the spindle has to be modified. I used a 1/2 inch drill bit to open the hole up and then a dremel to make it the perfect size. You could use a 9/16 drill bit like in the pic but the ball joint would not fit as tight.

The next step is the most important.I am making 2 holes in the spindle so i can tap them and put bolts in them. This will allow the bolt to sit in the groove in the balljoint and secure it when there bth tightned.
You will need to drill the holes in the same spot around the top mount so both bolts go in the groove.
Use a 3\16ths drill bit for this part.

Now pick up a 1/4-20 tap and tap the holes that you just drilled.

Now your ready to mount that baby up. Start with the bottom balljoint
http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/9964/dsc00333oz1.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Then slide the top baljoint through like so.

Now you need to line the grove up with the holes you made. This picture is incorect.

This picture is the correct way(Kinda hard to see)

Now insert 2 1/4 inch grade bolts with locknuts, these clamp the balljoint in the groove. You can also grind the tips of the bolt to better fit the groove.
