The tires on the kawi are itp quad cross tires, they are the new itp radials for mx.

I'm sure that's one of the many customs.
What stuck out for me were the new Full Carbon HiPer's. (http://www.atvriders.com/gallery/2007indydealerexpophotogallery/pages/KE2F0102.html) Those are sexy.
Also the Maxxis IMX Razr's. (http://www.atvriders.com/gallery/2007indydealerexpophotogallery/pages/KE2F0399.html) Those look like they would hook up awsome on an MX track.

I like how the lower a-arms bolt on? Thats new. It scares me too. Also the upper a-arms looks to be curved forward. That would be the first +something forward front'end for the thumpers. Thats also means that its too heavy in the back stock.

Fear not.. dealing with steel/aluminum connections every day, I can tell you that connection is much stronger than a conventional connection on an aluminum flange.
You have a hardened steel bolt going into a hardened steel insert with a shear moment vs. a hardened steel pin going through an aluminum mounting flange (much more likley to oval out and fail).
will tim farr still be on a honda this year? i was wondering because on another website i was on a forum talking about the ktm 450 and someone heard that 'someone really fast will be riding a prototype at some supermotos"; and tim f., shane hitt comes to mind?
