Nice, looking forward to this one.

He should go with a late-80's early-90's retro R look. ;)

all thats left are his calipers and swing arm. i really want his colors to be glossy this year and need to spend some time sanding his swinger a bit, real ruff casting. tomorrow should be the end of the parts, except for teh nerfs which I will fix, but dont see much point in coating as I know they will snap again...and again....and again:p

all remaining parts are completed, now its up to dan with other parts to purchase etc

Those calipers gloss? Or is that just the lighting doing funny things?

gloss black

I decided to let the swinger go stealth. I really wanted to do it gloss but some of these stock swingers have such a textured surface that getting a smooth coat down can cause problems. Dan loves the texture so thats what she got:p The gloss up front should bounce the light off all the parts and make it all shine

WoW Pappy, You are the man !!! I've been dying to ride but now after getting a glimpse of what the 450 is gonna look like - I'm going crazy !!!

The detail is amazing - looks like you did every part on the bike :) ! Your Brother didn't waste any time getting everything apart and ready for ya. ......and doing it all with one arm - thats impressive. Really appreciate all the help you guys have given me.

Looking forward to kicking some Butt on my new 450.

Not a problem at all. I know he has Caseys Z almost done, and his YFZ is on the ground and should be running this weekend, so I would guess another week or so and yours will be complete except for any parts you have ordered etc

Stadium makes some of the nicest most adjustable shocks on the market.:) My wife runs a full LT set with blue rezzies on her XC quad.

These seem well made and well thought out. based on your recomendation and those of a few riders I know that are running them we expect great performance from them!

How do they compare in price to the other brands?????

Colby@C&DRacing
04-23-2007, 08:13 AM
We sell the std travel stuff for right around the same price as everything else. The LT stuff is alittle higher but you really need to compare quality and performance before you look at pricing. They have out performed everthing I have seen and have much more adjustment than the other stuff out there.

Pappy,

Not only does the quad look totally trick, the ride is incredible.

I love the shocks - soon as I saw them I was stoked. I thought they might be a little soft, but man does it ride nice. I was thrashing it this weekend trying to dial in all that speed, still used to holding the throttle pegged on the 400ex. I only found the bottom of the suspension once and it was still pretty smooth.

Can't thank you and kevin enough for doing all that work for me.

I'd post a pic but of course I got on the bike and went riding as soon as the fenders were put on. Now its dirty. I'll clean it this afternoon and get my sticker kit on the new plastics so I can post some pics of your fine work.

Thanks again for an awesome job.
