Just wondering. Dont know if it can be easily done. I have heard some good things about the KTM 520 motor and thought it would be a good xc setup. Maybe someday when my motor bites it.
I think I may have seen a 700 ktm hybrid on here a while back.

I think I'm about the only one who didn't use a 250r frame. Probably alot of work, but it could be done. You'll need a custom swingarm, and possibly a 250R axle (which is what I used). It aligns the engine, frame, and the front and rear tires perfectly. The YFZ axle may do just as good, I don't know. You probably would have to heavily modify the right side of the frame to use the kickstarter, but e-start can be easily added to any RFS engine.

easy there buddy, Zeb could build his own frame out of chromloy if he wanted or had the time i have seen zebs work first hand, the stuff he has done with his ktm/raptor is sick it has around 14 inches of rear travel (you can lift the frame 14 inches off the ground and the tires will still be touching front and rear) you cant question someone who does metal work and such for a living. besides even aftermarket frames break and crack

quit being so negative towards hybrids, just because you didnt have good luck with yours doesnt mean all will be like that, what do you expect everyone is gonna have problems they are CUSTOM quads they require a lil extra care and work.
