I never even got to ride the 300ex I worked on for so long. I am selling everything including frame. Everything on this quad is either new or in great shape. The only parts that aren't new is the rolling chassis.

Haha, sorry about that. It's shipped out. The postmaster said it will get there Friday or Saturday. She didn't really make the best looking package but it's safe, I made sure the yoshimura was so covered with a nice comfy blanket lol. Good buying and send me vids and such with the pipe sounding.

Hey Mike, that is a delivery confirmation #. It is showing it was accepted (dropped off) in west virginia. It will only show an update now after it's been delivered. There is no tracking through the post office, just delivery confirmation on priority.

I'm not lieing, I didn't even know there was an ann harber or whatever it was. I sent it to the proper address on that package. It arrived there, check there.

The only reason I sent it to that address usally people don't ship things with the wrong return addy on it. I sent it exactly what was on there. Please, go check there, your mess up not mine. I am very sorry for the package not being there, but there is nothing further I can do.

Man, you sent me the money order with an address on it. That is were I sent it too. I'm note trying to be a jerk but I am sick of the hassel. If I would have known you were going to do this crap all the time I wouldnt have sold to you in the first place. The parts are AT the address that was on the package, that is where they are.

Matt, I spent 2 hours at the post office trying to track down where they delivered the parts to. The postmaster told me that the only way they can find out where it went is to have the exact address you sent it to, from the receipt you got from the post office when you shipped the box. I don't care who made the mistake I just want my parts. Someone else has had them since Friday I may never get them. The longer it takes for me to bring them address the less chance I have of getting them back. The return address on the letter is my office and the package never arrived here. Thanks for any help you can give me!

you go for it oldfart. i read every page of this thread and you did everything you could to solve this problem and all he did was try to make you out to look like the bad guy. i was interested in some of the parts but most were over priced. yes they were new but not really. you buy a new car drive it off the lot then sell it, it is used. the tusk nerfs he had for $100. i bought the same nerfs for bubbas 300ex from rockymountian.com for $100 and got free shipping. good luck and BUYERS BEWARE

this made for interesteing reading. this looks legit to me. the item was shipped from wv to mi. why would a scammer bother to ship something and have proof of it if it is a scam??

I am not going to go over all this again. If you read all the post you will see he did not send the package to the right address and he did not send all the parts to the items I purchased from him.
All I asked was for him to send every thing I paid for to the address I gave him in a timely manner, he did nothing that I asked.
I can not use what I purchased from him because I'm missing parts.
