west coast 465?

I live in Olympia Washington (near seattle) What builders, in
my area, would you recomend?
I have a stock '01 400ex and would like to go with
a stroker 465.

Curtis Sparks is the one i would go with . there in ca ive seen his 465 stroker at pismo dunes. it kicked ***** on a alka banshee,no bs.

Powroll is out that way somewhere. I take it you don't want to send your engine across the country. I don't blame you, that is why I am doing the assembly myself. :D It is that I don't trust the engine builders, it is that I have had some things lost from UPS. :(

Powroll can take care of you. Just order your parts from them, and have your head machined by a local guy. Powroll will give you all the specs and tolerances to give to the machine shop. They are located in Redmond, OR which is over by Bend/Mt. Bachelor.

LRD can probably hook you up too. They are located in Gresham, which is about 20 minutes from Vancouver.

The reason I say Powroll is that I know someone over there, and I've been looking into a 440 kit for my EX.
