I have a 2002 honda 300ex, and i bought a 14tooth front sprocket. and it wont fit with my case saver?

it will fit with the stock chain length and case saver... just have to grind a little big of meal off of the saver unitl it fits.. not very much though

are you talking about the chain not being long enough? or just the saver being to large for the sprocket, cuz once you get the sprocket on your chain is going to need adjusting. i can tell you how to do that, on the back of the swing arm were it holds the bearings and axles there should be 2 or 4 alan key bolts, loosen them then move the slots on the carrier with the back of a hammer or just use a really big screwdriver, this should rotate the whole bearing carrier forward or backward, do that so your chain is just past loose, so it doesn't rattle, but don't make it too tight, and if it is too much post more questions about it and i'll post a few picks of my 250x and poin out things to try and help you with it. if you can't get it before you go riding just throw the stock sprocket back on and go riding, worry about it later cuz you shouldn't try to do any mods before you go riding, it is always more complicated than dealers say. ask as many questions as you need and i'll try to help
