Go with Pro Armor! I have had great success with all of their products. The fit and finish is excellant and my swinger skid has held up extremely well. It even has a hole in the rear of the skid which is designed to hook up to a tow strap if you ever need to pull or be pulled out. Luckily I haven't had to use it yet, but it's nice to know it's there if you need it.

All input is appriciated, I think I am going to go with the Armadillo.....they seem to be a good product so I'll give em a try.

P.S.- Pro Armor does make great products, just wanting to try something new. :)

thats what im switching too. Hey brad is it something that I could make myself? I have access to all sizes of aluminum and the tools to cut it. think I could make it using a piece of 1/4" aluminum.

these are made out of steel. i would think you could make the outside gaurd pretty easy, the inside gaurd is bowled to clear the carrier and could be a little more tricky.

thier ae lots of people that just use the outside gaurd tho, the inside gaurd isnt available for the 04,05 yfz's

hows it bolt on? I need to figure this out quick. I just want the outside one. Never planed on running the dual setup just because of mud buildup.

You going to florida?

PRM swingarm guards are bullet proof, well not literally but they are tough and hold out very well. I have had the .250 on my kfx for a few years now.
