450r shocks

are they as great as everyone says on the 400ex? and can i just bolt them up after i grind the eye?

the 450r shocks are good but they are not the best obviously. The are worth the money. I forgot the website, but there is one that is all about 450r's and you can pick up a bunch of shocks of there for pretty cheap. Some kid was a selling a rear for 40 bucks. For that amount of money with good quality, its worth it. If you think about it, its just peoples old shocks they are giving away cause they got elkas and whatnot
