Really hard decision

Well, my family is slowly switching hobbies. We are riding less and bogging more. So im thinking about selling my 440 and building myself a little truck. Around here I know i can easily get 3500 to 3800 out of my 440, its in very good condition and has a fresh engine with maybe 20 hours tops. Brand new 450r shocks and a brand new steering stem. It was carefully went over not long ago and inspected for crack in the frame too.

Anyways, IDK if I want to keep my 440 and ride maybe...10 times a year, or sell it....build a small mud truck and go bogging every other weekend.

If I do sell it, I think im going to either buy a Toyota truck with the 22r engine, or buy a Suzuki Samurai and put a 4.3 Vortech engine it it with some 2.5 ton militairy running gear. I already have the 2.5 ton rear end and im going to be buying a front end soon.

Im having a hard time deciding between 440 or truck, because I love nothing more than a nice motocross track and a perfect day. But I also love slingin mud 60 feet in the air...so, IDK what i want to do.

BTW, I also have a 302 Engine that needs a set of heads, which I also have (edelbrock performer RPM)....

Sorry for the long post, but im torn between the two options...what would you guys do?

keep the 440 but save up for a small truck like a ford ranger/s 10 4x4.

keep the atv and looke for a beat up yoda.cheaper to buy a used old truck for fun than another atv.plus youll need somthing to ride when your truck breaks down cause thats part of the sport of 4x4.i think $ wise id want both everyone needs more the one hobby anyways:macho

Well i guess i would have to say a truck and save for a 440. You'll utilize the truck alot more...lol

well i would keep the 440, but its up to u if ur gonna get alot more use out of the truck then i guess get it

Keep the 440, when you ride it again, you'll be glad you kept it.

I bought a cheap Jeep Cheroke, a little beat up but runs like a beast for $600. All I need are some decent mud tires and I'm set to go. As I get more money I'l invest in a lift and etc.
