You should get a manual but Ill try to explain it for you. Take the tires off. Take the right rear hub off. Remove the brake caliper. Loosen the axle nut next to the brake rotor (reverse threads). Remove the circlip the the axle nut tightens against. Remove the axle nut and brake rotor. After you have the brake rotor removed you will see a snap ring. Remove the snap ring and the caliper bracket. Next use a 6mm allen wrench on the very back of the axle housing. Remove the little bolt in between the two allen headed bolts you loosened. Remover your chain. You should now be able to slide the axle out of the left side and then remove the carrier out the same way. Remove the seals and bearings then replace.
Hope this helps out.

Very good explanation, no need to remove the left tire though, also, on the locknut, loosen the thin nut towards the carrier, then chase the big nut to expose the clip, you can use a couple small screw drivers to remove the clip, sometimes the nut will not slide off the axle and you have to file the ridge down where the clip was, this allows you to slip the nut and brake hub off.
A good way to remove the bearings is place it on end in a old frying pan with low heat, after its gets warm wrap a rag around it and slam that side down on a 2X4 and the bearing should slide most the way out. Be sure to remove the seals first though..
A good way to install the bearings is to use a socket about the same size as the bearing and tap it in slowly being sure it is straight..

Removing both tires just makes it a little easier since you dont have the weight of that wheel and tire working against you. When I remove the clip from the axle, Ill back the nut off just enough to get a screwdriver in between the nut and clip and then the clip pops out without too much headache. Thanks Z Man for helping out too.
