i wanna cut my 04 front fenders..help plz

i want to cut htem but im really scared tp mess them up. Plus i have no clue what i want and how to go about doing it.

I used electrical tape to tape off different designs and lines. It is flexible in case you want to put a curve in it. Then step back and look at it, and when you get it taped off the way you would want to cut it, then cut it. I used a hand saw on my first set because I was afraid with a power saw one little move and I would mess it up. Then I filed it down smooth with a file and some sand paper. Now I use a cut off wheel and cut a little off the tape line so that if I got a little off, I had room to correct it with a file. The hardest part is getting the other side the same. I just had multiple friends eye ball it and it worked out fine. I am a firm believer in leaving more fender the first go around, and If you get bored with it you can cut off more later on. I trimed the lips off the back fenders to smoth them out an trimed up the fronts to give em a little more style..I do a lot of XC so I still need some coverage from the mud..but they turned out well I'm happy just take your time an cut off less, you can alway trim em up more
