air filter oil

is there an easy way to oil your foam air filter wear you don't get oil all over everthing?and can you put too much oil on them? and can that oil hurt your motor ?

Get the spray cans of it... much easier...you can put too much on but it will only really hurt performance, wont necessarily damage the engine though.

Get yourself a 1 gallon plastic baggie and pour the oil in there and on the filter, put the filter in and massage it from the outside of the bag.

I use the No toil stuff, It's a spray can to put the oil on, and the cleaner you get from there takes the oil RIGHT off the filter. Works great, easy, no wear near the mess of the others

I use K&N air filter oil, so far I don't really see anything stick to the filter.

I use Uni spray oil and Dawn dish soap to clean them.

I use klotz spray and hold it away with my hand rub it all in. Sit it on the work bench wash my hands then install it. Run the quad for about 5 - 10 mins make sure all the excess oil (if any) is ran through the engine and I am done.
