Make your 99-04 have reverse .....cylinder needs resleeved, needs new valves, bent crank shaft, metal shavings will need cleaned out, missing a few bolts and nuts

I have an 02 400ex with 440 big bore kit. My top end should on your seized motor right? Is there any difference in the motor besides the reverse being there?
