What should my jetting be at??

What do you guys thnk my jetting should be at? My head pipe glows now. and top end like cuts out when you hit it hard

My setup-

93 octane fuel
Pro Design intake
K&N filter
Full TC shorty exhaust
Outwears
No airbox lid

I am pretty sure i have a 172 main in there now. What should i change, and is it hard to change the jets in and out?

When you remove the lid most people put the clip on the 4th position. The main jet sounds about right.
