Hmmm Did I overreact?

I was sitting up in room playing a little CS after work, and I saw 2 men drive up in a blue van. I normally do not get visitors so i walk out of the door. The man meets me half way holding a green glade spray can left hand under the bottom, right hand on the spray nozzle mechanism and says he is a salesman. I see what he is holding and order him to not take another step. He says, im just trying to sell you something, and i said no you're not. you're getting in your vehicle and driving away. They got back in their vehicle and drove away at a fast rate of pace...

Just sitting here second guessing myself, but seeing 2 men this far out trying to sell me a 'glade air freshener' just make me very uneasy.

nah, i hate door to door salesmen too...

You could have been nicer but who cares.Those guys are annoying.I had some kid selling magazines and I bought one it never came.Next year same kid shows up I told him I wanted my money back for last year and to f*ck off.
