Well im tearing down my 300ex for a rebuild and my pivot bolt wont come out. How do i get this thing out?

With a mallet and a few choice words. On the contrary, after you get it out, I suggest sending it to Pappy to be molycoated. It will ultimately make your life easier in the end. :p

Well i cant get the nut off of the bolt. What size sprocket do i need for that nut?

hey I have a BRAND NEW bolt and nut. You are prob going to have to destroy that one getting out. this is a $60+ part. Let me know if you want it.
Oh and i think the nut is 22mm.

Try using a propane torch and heat the nut up to loosen. It will probably ruin the locknut but its better than messing up the bolt.
