I called the local honda shop and they told me 340 and all that is is a bare head with valve guides! I am including all 4 vavles,water neck,thermostat and springs with keepers so if you dont like the price you dont have to buy it.

it just depends where you shop. you can get a brand new head with guides for under $225 shipped.
