taping, knocking timeing help

i have a 02 raptor 660 and i develpoed a taping sound comeing from my head ... could any one gide me threw how to re time my bike ..

I don't think you need to time it again, adjust your valves. Also, if you installed an aftermarket cam, most usually tick.
